
Spicy Jalapeño Tuna Stuffed Avocados — Clean Eating, Coastal Style.
This one’s for the flavor lovers. With our Jalapeño Tuna leading the way, these stuffed avocados are creamy, spicy, and loaded with protein — no cooking required.
Ingredients:
- 1 can Sportsmens Jalapeño Tuna
- 2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
- 2 tbsp diced red onion
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- Juice of ½ lime
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine tuna, onion, cilantro, and lime juice.
- Scoop a bit of avocado flesh out to make room, then mix it into the tuna mixture.
- Spoon the tuna filling into each avocado half.
- Garnish with extra cilantro or a squeeze of lime.
