Golden Tuna & Potato Cakes with Creamy Dill Sauce

Hand-packed albacore tuna meets crispy potatoes in this comforting recipe thatโ€™s perfect for cozy nights. Serve with a tangy dill sauce and a side salad for a wholesome meal straight from the coast.

Ingredients:
For the cakes:

  • 1 can Sportsmens Albacore Tuna
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes (cooled)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

For the dill sauce:

  • ยฝ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine tuna, mashed potatoes, egg, parsley, and seasoning. Form into small patties.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  4. Serve tuna cakes warm with a dollop of dill sauce.
