
Golden Tuna & Potato Cakes with Creamy Dill Sauce
Hand-packed albacore tuna meets crispy potatoes in this comforting recipe thatโs perfect for cozy nights. Serve with a tangy dill sauce and a side salad for a wholesome meal straight from the coast.
Ingredients:
For the cakes:
- 1 can Sportsmens Albacore Tuna
- 1 cup mashed potatoes (cooled)
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
For the dill sauce:
- ยฝ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Combine tuna, mashed potatoes, egg, parsley, and seasoning. Form into small patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Serve tuna cakes warm with a dollop of dill sauce.
